"The office in Pearland have the rudest/most incompetent staffing. They answer the phone on speaker, and if you ask to be removed for clarity, they make no adjustments. The office manager is the worse, and it's expected that the underlings behave in the same manner under such leadership. Also, if you don't press a given selection choice on the phone service, it just hangs up on you. This is even more indication that the company doesn't care about customer service. I would definitely not recommend this agent or any of his locations. Poor customer service, and proudly take your monthly premiums."
